Indulge in your truffle fix this season with a five-course degustation dinner at Melbourne’s most impressive events and dining venue, Eureka 89.

Executive Chef Renee Martillano has crafted a beautiful menu designed to showcase the best and freshest Australian truffles in each dish, taking guests on a journey of delight via this magical culinary ingredient. 

At a staggering 300 metres above sea level, Eureka 89 is a spectacular location for a warming truffle dinner this winter.

Cost: $180 pp – 5 course menu, with a glass of Veuve Clicquot NV on arrival

The menu will feature dishes such as Tallegio with potato, artichoke and shaved truffle, Poussin galantine with confit leg, mushroom and sauce Perigueux, and finish with none other than Vanilla crème brulee, truffle ice cream, white chocolate crisp, and truffle milk.
