Eureka Skydeck will become awash with hues of red and gold for two weeks in February, as Chinese New Year celebrations sweep through the city.

From Friday 25th January until Tuesday 12th February, you can welcome in the new lunar year from the top of Melbourne’s iconic Eureka Tower and the city’s highest vantage point.

Many of Melbourne’s treasured landmarks will be bursting with vibrant colours and decorations and Eureka Tower will be no exception with a number of visual installations on display.

The journey up to the Skydeck will be more colourful than usual with the interior of the elevator transformed into a lantern-laden paradise floating up into the sky, transporting visitors to the heart of Chinese festivities, while the classic visitors’ selfie game will be upgraded with Chinese New Year themed photo props up top.

Boasting one of the best views of Melbourne, Eureka Skydeck is the perfect place to take in the festivities occurring throughout the city and welcome in the year of the pig.
